Proposal in relation to the IGO Work Track

Hi Milton,
Well, you argument — or rather your reason — has a flaw, sorry. The group
didn’t start its work outside of RPM. It has started within the RPM phase
1. The problem is that the RPM phase 1 is finished and RPM phase two hasn’t
started yet. If we are against this work, we shouldn’t have voted for the
addendum to the RPM charter. But we did agree to this. So I honestly don’t
understand why this discussion didn’t happen back then. What is proposed
now is to re-charter based on the same addendum.
And no I still want a better argument than you made (based on what I said
above). I won’t mind us disagreeing with the proposed approach but I am not
seeing good arguments against procedurally changing the vehicle to what we
already have in full swing.
Cheers
Tanya
