Design Phase Concept Paper

Dear all,

With regards to the Design Phase Concept Paper, I was wondering if we could
try to get a letter to the board drafted.

Don't know if anyone has different interpretations of the issue/paper, but
I believe the majority of our concerns on this matter were issued  by
Rafik/at the NCSG meeting with the board - but If there are different
opinions on this matter, feel free to reply to this thread.

Do you think it would be interesting/feasible for us to get a letter issued
to the Board by the end of this week ?
