Hi all.

One more public comment in the pipeline and this is time it is
on  Preliminary Issue Report on a Policy Development Process to Review the
Transfer Policy. That issue report was requested by GNSO council to policy
staff. Issue report is one the first steps to initiate a new PDP or not on
the topic covered. So commenting this report is important for us and in
particular in terms of scoping such issue about domain transfer  You can

Please let me offline if you want to volunteer to participate in drafting
the NCSG comment and join the drafting team. It is a good opportunity to
know more about existing consensus policy IRTP, the policy review process
and about issues report which is a prerequisite for initiating a new PDP.
