[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on IANA Naming Function Review (IFR) Initial Report

Hi all,

There is a new public consultation regarding  IANA Naming Function Review
(IFR) Initial Report. This is a process coming from the IANA stewardship
transition. As those functions are critical for all users, it is something
we should follow and comment on. You can find here all the details here

I created this google doc to be used during the drafting and accessible to
all in order to kick off the discussion and comments:

Please let me offline if you want to volunteer to participate in drafting
the NCSG comment and join the drafting team. Everyone is welcome to join.
We have Tomslin as our representative to IFR and he is also co-chair for
GNSO in IFR. There is session by IFR at ICANN meeting  open to all at 16:00
- 17:00 JST on Thursday, 22 October (you can find details here
