Dear all,

Here is the comment that was submitted on behalf of NCSG. Thanks to Kathy
and Bruna for their work on it.

Apologies for the lack of consultation of the membership; we just managed
to submit with an extension and would not have without. It shouldn't have
been like this, and I could certainly resort to the usual excuses, but
well...
