Announcement - New NCSG Policy Committee Chair

Thank you all for the kind words.

Like Wisdom said, 'big shoes to fill'. I look forward to working with you
all, the policy committee and my colleagues at the council; and doing my
best to 'fill the shoes' :-) .

Thankfully, I know how to reach the guy who made the shoes so big to fill
and all who have kindly offered to help. Thank you once again.
