Nomination of Nadira Al-Araj to GNSO council

Hi all,

I would like to nominate Nadira Al-Araj to the GNSO council, she's been
looking for meaningful work and I feel we have spades of it to offer to her!

She's been in ICANN longer than I have, works currently on the NomComRIWG
and I believe she would be a sensible addition to our council team. She is
from Palestine, so satisfies our geographic criteria as well. (Asia)
