nomination of Elsa Saade for the GNSO Council (2nd term)

Dear Tatiana et. al,

Thank you very much for having nominated me for the position of GNSO
Councilor this year, and thank you very much for the very kind words in
follow up to Tatiana’s. It has really been a pleasure to work with you, and
help push for NCSG’s standards.

However, unfortunately I will not be able to accept this nomination as a
major part of my job does not relate to DNS anymore, and as I will be
unable to accomplish all that is expected of me at this time given several
personal circumstances.

I will remain an NCSG member of course and take part in all Policy Calls,
however I will not be able to take on any leadership positions this year.

Apologies once again and good luck all!
