not accepting the NCSG council nomination

Dear NCSG members,

NCSG's mission means a lot to me. Unfortunately, I had to resign from the
GNSO council position this year because the harassment campaign that had
been held against me went too far and for too long. But fortunately since
that has stopped I am a little more active here and there.

I am bad at time management, and a major part of my job does not directly
relate to the DNS anymore, so I can't be an active volunteer in leadership
positions.

But I encourage anyone who wants to contribute to step up. We can rebuild
NCSG and ICANN if we have diverse leaders and expertise.
