Nominating Juan Manuel Rojas for councilor

Dear NCSG,

I would like to nominate Juan Manuel Rojas por the position of Councilor.

Juan Manuel Rojas has been an active member of the ICANN community for
quite some time now. His experience and commitment are an example.
Furthermore, for relatively "newcomers" as myself, he has been a great
reference for support and guidance, which I believe is only a demonstration
of his knowledge and capabilities.

I would also like to highlight that, at the moment of this email, he would
be the only candidate coming from the LAC region.

I can only hope he will accept this nomination and that the community will
support it to bring him to a new stage of his experience within ICANN.
