Acceptance of our ABRs

Thanks Stephanie and Bruna for working towards this.

A quick suggestion that comes to mind is joint usage of the funds to
develop and facilitate a moderated policy engagement course for a period of
time. (4-6weeks)

We can borrow from the experiences of ISOC and diplo courses.
