Acceptance of our ABRs

I am pleased to report that our additional budget request for help in 
leadership development was accepted by ICANN for a total of $12,000.  I 
will be working with ICANN staff in order to coordinate how to move 
forward with this project, in conjunction with NCUC whose requests were 
also coordinated.  I am eager to hear your ideas on how we can develop 
this to our maximum advantage, so please refresh yourself with what we
