[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on ICANN Africa Regional Plan for Fiscal Years 2021-2025

Good morning everyone,

A group of us (Muriel Alapini, Godfred Ahuma, John Gbadamosi and I) 
drafted a comment on behalf of NCSG on the Africa Regional Plan for FY 
2021 - 2025.

The deadline for submission is May 27, but we would like _*to receive 
all feedback by Thursday, May 21*_ to give us enough time to tidy up the 
document, before Rafik submits it.
