The check-in email (from admin at ncsg.is<mailto:admin at ncsg.is>) for the 2020 NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Election, has been sent to all Individual and Organizational members of the NCSG.

Please respond to the email before 28 May 2020, 2359 UTC.

As a reminder, the election timeline is below:

7 May – Check-in begins
14 May - 28 May: Nomination period
28 May: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
29 May: Meet the candidates call / Check-in ends
02 June: Voter roll finalized
03 June - 17 June: Voting
18 June: Results announced

Please note: If you do not check in, you will be placed on the inactive membership list and unsubscribed from the NCSG mailing lists. Inactive members cannot vote in the annual election, so it is important that you timely reply to this email to ensure you are listed as active and receive your ballot during the annual elections. You can always reactivate your membership and be subscribed again by sending an email to the Chair.
