[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Name Collision Analysis Project (NCAP) Study 1: Proposed Final Report

hi all,

ICANN published a new public consultation on Name Collision Analysis
Project (NCAP) Study 1 Proposed Final Report. As you might recall, we
already submitted comment before on initial report made by ICANN OCTO. So
we should continue to follow-up on the topic. You can find all the details

I created this google doc to be used during the drafting and accessible to
all in order to kick off the discussion and comments:
