Dear members,

Please tune in today for our virtual meeting.  We have unfortunately had a last minute cancellation from Jan Scholte, so we have ample time to discuss updates on policy and administrative items.  I am revising the agenda shortly and will update as soon as we have new speakers confirmed.
For the item on elections, here is the timetable we developed for last year, in response to ICANN's new deadlines for travel.

23 May - 04 June: Nomination period
05 June: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
07 June: Meet the candidates call
09 June: Voter roll finalized
10 June - 23 June: Voting
24 June: Results announced

So we need to kick this off 30 days before the nomination period, so that people can consider running, and discuss within groups.
