Hello Stephanie,

For me personally, unlike ICANN67 where the time difference was favourable,
ICANN68 wasn't.  The time the meetings were going on were between
12midnight and 4:30am mostly hence, most of us could not participate. The
interesting thing, was that meetings like Afralo-AfriCANN meetings were
also scheduled within that strict time frame.  My suggestion is, future
virtual meetings should not be compacted as though we were in a
face-to-face ICANN meeting.  Rather, the time must be well dispersed so it
favours everyone because of the time difference.  For example, they can
schedule one meeting at 10:30 UTC and another at 2:30UTC.  Either ways, one
of these timings will favour some people in different time zones.
