NCSG score cards for board resolutions

Such a brilliant idea, Farzi.

We can have an ad hoc group of NCSG members to be working on comments in
this regards and share with membership for approval.

This is an area where you don't need to be very experienced into policy to
participate, a good opportunity for new members to be at work. Hear?

May I request the NCSG Chair to help set up a mailing list where we can
take this conversation and start working?
