[Council] documents review and request for feedback

Hi all,

we have some documents for council consideration and we need review prior
to next council meeting late this month to share our feedback:


   - Regarding GNSO work plan, those documents were introduced in previous
   council meetings and you can listen to our NCSG monthly policy call for May
   and April to get about the background (recordings here

me know if you have any question or comment about the plan. The basic idea
is to not start any new work before ongoing work finishes. There are also
some steps to be taken by council and/or staff before initiating a PDP or
another activity. GNSO council based on what it discussed on previous
planning meeting and work it did on PDP 3.0 recommendations is trying to do
a better program management of the activities and do better planning


   - The next steps for transfer policy based on the report from the
   scoping team Report from the Transfer Policy Scoping Team

   We need to share feedback if we are agreeing to the recommendations from
   the scoping team which basically recommends to have an issue report and
   initiate based on that PDP(s). There is also a recommendation about the PDP
   working group composition.
   - The council has to decide on the next steps about the impact of EPDP
   phase 1 recommendations on existing policies and procedures as requested by
   recommendation #27. We have a proposal to deal with what is listed in wave
   1 (the policies and procedures were categorized in 2 waves) Consideration

   The changes will be handled in different approaches and either by community
   and/or ICANN org.
