The EC evaluated the thread, and took action accordingly.  They did not 
look solely at Mr. Aggarwal's posts.  You will note that Mr . Mueller 
did not continue the discussion, once the rhetoric became outside 
acceptable standards of behaviour.

We need, as an SG, to deal with our mailing list ourselves to the extent 
possible.  The authorities are in the charter, supplemented by further 
action taken in the GNSO Council.
