In all truth, and perhaps it is the times we live in these days....but I 
am beginning to think there is a campaign going on to drive me crazy.

Raphael since you sent the first message yesterday in private to Mr. 
Aggarwal, would you mind resending and indicating that he has been 
moderated on the list, but not by Milton, rather by the elected 
representatives tasked to do these tasks under the Charter.?

thanks.  As I indicated earlier, I am in an all day client meeting and 
this is taking a lot of time....

Good Morning Stephanie,

I wanted to check why Milton Mueller has blocked my access to the NCSG 
list. If there is a Suspension, then this is serious stuff. I hope you 
understand this that I am being singled out. I have 4 more people reach 
out to me since yesterday with Similar complaints. This is sitting at 
the precipice of becoming a volcano for a lot of people.

We all know that there is no Locus for Milton - No Capacity - No Legal 
Right ! This is above and beyond. He has no capacity to even be the 
moderator of the list. This is not just racism but now abuse of power as 
well.
Raising this red flag with you. As Chair.
