Running for multiple positions

In my personal view, it's not prudent for someone to run for multiple
roles, because there are sufficient people to take up the roles. We have to
discourage this.
But, since most people are nominated by others we can't blame them much.
Our charter rules must be looked at well and necessary corrections must be
made.
