This is getting ridiculous. Stop cluttering up our inboxes. Resolve your differences privately or take whatever action you deem appropriate. For what it’s worth, I suggest you sleep on it and reconsider when you’ve cooled down. No, I don’t expect you follow this advice, nor do I care as long as you stop sending emails to the general list.

Thanks for pointing this out. This is all about he-say-She Says - Legally speaking, this is a fit case for dissolution of the electoral process. If at all due - Legal - processes were - then we wouldn’t be here - would be ! For a lot of stuff. I have also pointed some.

But that not for me to say as it should be adopted democratically and up for review at the behest of a call but One or Any members. Nothing is Sacrosanct. Cannot be. Especially law.
As I have said before, the by-laws of any public forum, especially like this which is operating in a Muti-country environment, are only possessing limited powers, and have to be backed by legal inputs.

My two pennies.

-VA

Having been a member for quite some time, largely quiet, I have to say I don't understand how there is any issue regarding the charter. Section 3.1 is clear and unambiguous and must be strictly construed.

I did not start this - My discourse was perfect. I showed dissent & that should be respected - How many people are active to the list 5-10 - what’s the membership - now shud v consider that either everyone else is in agreement of what is happening or are dissenting - by staying quite.

My voice will not be muzzled Amr. I chose public policy intervention as one of my specialities, because I want to make a difference, & over the years, without having a personal objective & motive, I am able to show dissent. Not many do.

I will take it to the helm if there is not public apology tendered. I have the right to self Righteousness. He was wrong - and it is the responsibility of the Chair too !! Or what’s the point ?

My written discourse is absolutely well worded. But if anyone decides to get personal - why will I stop - I will put my foot down and warn.

Disadvantages of being in public life Amr.
We all have to watch our conduct, be mature about it & stick to the agenda - this ain’t the school for teaching or learning. Let’s just do policy, exchange views, grow & help grow & that’s it.

There are ways to respond to someone’s comment - ways to tackle it - and the Muller threatens me for ejecting. How would I care - But he could mishandle - get personal - clearly disrespect - thinks he will get away - is it even sensible to say or think that ?

Thanks Amr - but your would have noticed - I did point out that I am speaking - honestly because I believed that this group will respect ✊ dissent.

Let’s see !
