Specifics :
No. That is not a Good Practice - Should never be the way to resolution of disputes. However an Individual reserves the right, to protect self - If the Group’s Administrator choose to remain silent - On at least two counts - and because I am the Vocal one - I get a Mail from the Chair teaching me - Has the Chair of the Group written the Same to Milton / Muller whatever his name is ? No - For what reasons ? But shows a biased approach. And If I am left to fend for my self then what should I do ?
What do we do in this situation ? An Example Must be set - If it means that I take it upon me to teach the person a lesson, bring him down from his pedestal, then lets fight - but I will not be treated unequal. Why should anyone be NOT treated with respect ?
Its equals - how does any one even thinks to disrespect a fellow panelist. “EQUALS” right - that the key word that will teach us all humility in our discourse.
I hope I have answered your query.
PS : Amr, I am an Indian - Proudly and the World is looking upto us, in all aspects. Have been treated as Snake Charmers for a very long time, not any more ! There is a lot that the world can learn from our minds.

>>
>> Vaibhav…, do you honestly believe that settling a dispute with a colleague in this space by threatening to make problems for him in his place of employment is fair or reasonable? Is this something you would encourage other members to do as well, whenever a dispute between any two of us may occur?
