NCSG Election Clarifications

Greetings all,
Please, let's be kind and gentle with each other on this thread.
We are facing a new situation and we all need to make understandable to all
how to deal with such a situation.
IMHO, Stephanie will not be elected but she'll be appointed to fill a lack
of female, in this election.
