Digital Services Act discussion

Hello all,

ICANN org has just published a post concerning the DSA (Digital Services Act) EU-level discussion:

The consultation questionnaire indicates that the Commission is considering measures that might be applicable to DNS services. You can find more details about how this may/will affect the DNS from page 6 onwards. Similarly to the GDPR, this is a long-term drafting and negotiating process, one in which it would be, however, wise to already get involved, as the results will likely affect ICANN and the DNS.

September 8 is the deadline to submit comments to the European Commission by any interested party.
