Replacements for NCSG Council members

Congratulations to James and Juan. 

Both of them have been around ICANN in other capacities for some time, are active and enthusiastic contributors, and I am sure will be able to hit the ground running and do a great job representing us in council. 

Its a really good sign that NCSG has a ‘deep bench’ these days, and has a number of experienced contributors to fill these very important positions 

And thank you from me as well to Farzi and Martin - I regret losing both of them from council, both made very significant contributions. I hope they will remain in touch.
