Thanks Rafik,
As I stated earlier, I will help as a resource in the NCSG Comment of the
Proposed Final Report of the New gTLD Proceeds ccWG but will only assist
answering questions since I am relatively happy with the draft as it now
stands, and it is against my principles to re-open any minor disagreements
where I lost in the initial work. Below I have reproduced the three key
specific questions the ccWG has asked about the draft Proposed Final
Report, where individuals can comment on their own. There is also the call
for comments on other issues as well.

Please provide your affiliation
Are you providing input on behalf of another group (e.g., organization,
company, government)?
Question #1 for Public Comment: Do you support the CCWG’s recommendation
in relation to the preferred mechanism(s)? If no, please provide your
rationale for why not.
Question #2 for Public Comment: Do you have any concerns about the updates
the CCWG has made, as listed in Section 1 above, in response to the public
comment forum? If yes, please specify what changes concern you and why?
Question #3 for Public Comment: Is there any further information you think
the CCWG should consider, that it hasn’t considered previously, in order
to finalize its report for submission to the Chartering Organizations?
Are there any other comments or issues you would like to raise pertaining
to the proposed Final Report? If yes, please enter your comments here. If
applicable, please specify the section or page number in the proposed Final
Report to which your comments refer.

Hi all,
ICANN published just by Christmas time a new public consultation on
Proposed Final Report of the New gTLD Auction Proceeds Cross Community
Working Group. This working group was tasked to come back with "framework
to disburse the funds generated from auctions of last resort in 2012
application round of the new gTLD Program.".
We already gave our input
(https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/79429792/Initial%20Report%20of%20the%20New%20gTLD%20Auction%20Proceeds%20Cross-Community%20Working%20Group%20-%20NCSG%20comment.pdf?version=2&modificationDate=1546455158000&api=v2)
for the initial report and this time we need to review the final
recommendations and model suggested giving our input. For more background
and explanation you can find more info here:
