[council] List of Future GNSO Work -- Please share with your SGs and Cs

Hi Rafik,

Yup…, this is also consistent with my understanding of where things are with the Cute initiative, and any overlap between it and what is being implemented re: PDP 3.0. What I’m saying is that whatever the Council is doing to reconcile these overlaps, and what might possibly be implemented following the Cute initiative should all be wrapped up by the GNSO Council prior to any discussion on scoping the next GNSO Review.

If the Council fails to prioritize this, and wrap it up, there will be too many moving parts surrounding essentially one topic. Giving time for the improvements to be fully implemented and reviewed is one potential way to go. The Council just needs to decide on a course of action, and go for it as a matter of urgency/priority, which is what I believe we are being asked to provide input on.
