The Internet Society Code of Conduct, which applies to postings to this
list, is referenced in the footer of every message to this list. It is at:

   https://www.internetsociety.org/become-a-member/code-of-conduct/

It states: “Please contact the Global Membership Team (
globalmembership at isoc.org) with questions.”

I understand that to mean that, if someone feels that some message on this
list is inappropriate, then they should refer it to the Global Membership
team, who will take appropriate action.

When I was personally attacked on this list, with offensive assertions on
my character, I referred the matter to the Global Membership team.

Best,

Richard

I find the post below, and its predecessor by the same author quite
offensive.

It is time to desist from using this tone in these emails. The assertions
are quite clear and completely inappropriate.

This is an internet policy list, not the place for offensive assertions on
the character of people. Nothing short of a full apology will make amends
for this.
