Dear NCSG,

Hope this email finds you well and that 2020 is starting to calm down a
little bit!

I am writing to you regarding the Additional Budget Requests! At the
beginning of the year, Stephanie submitted a proposal requesting funds for
a *Policy Writing and Advocacy Training. *This ABR has to be facilitated by
the end of 2021s first semester and was supposed to be hosted onsite but
given the situation, we are following with the online training.

In light of this, I would like to ask you if there's any specific point you
would like me to highlight on this training. I have put together a google
docs
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1L0IRJHLKmlJlB_cbt09xv0KLiJ-g-e5ZwpIvt1pXcQc/edit>
with the information we have submitted as an ABR just so everyone is aware
of the proposal, but I would deeply appreciate your comments and ideas with
regards to this proposal.

Another point is that the 31st of january is the deadline
<https://community.icann.org/display/projfinadhocws/FY22+Budget+Process>
for submitting new ABRs in light of the FY22. On that, me and the EC are
also taking suggestions of processes you think would need additional
funding and that we can submit as ABRs.

Please let us know if any of you would like to help with suggestions for
the course or ideas for future ABRs by replying to this list or writing
directly to me.

Best regards,
Bruna Santos
