Dear all,

I'm sending below the draft comment on the IANA Naming Function Review Team
Initial Report.

Since this is my first comment and I'm still learning about this ecosystem
(sorry for sending the draft on such short notice, took me more time than
expected), I tried to avoid making too many substantial comments. Please,
modify and add whatever you'd like, such as related parallel discussions
that are happening.

Tips and feedback are welcome. I'd also like to thank Viviane Vinagre for
giving me some guidelines on what to do.
