Private Calls for NCSG Leadership Committees

Dear all
The demand is on openness and EC does not have a bank of knowledge of
everything and at the same time, keeping membership abreast with such a
call helps to build the capacity of the upcoming EC to know how things work.
That information such as this, especially if not an exclusive to EC should
be encouraged for open session.

So, there is nothing wrong in pointing this out to EC.
