Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce that we held the vote with the CPH this 
morning, and approved Matthew Shears as our candidate for Board Seat 14 
this morning.  Thanks Matthew for agreeing to another term, we look 
forward to working with you.

May I say that it has been a great pleasure working with Dean Marks and 
with Carlton Samuels on this matter!  Many thanks to staff as well for 
coordinating the efforts.
