Observers at the GNSO Council meeting Thursday 16 April 2020

Hi,

Yes, the link to the Zoom Webinar and the password are posted on the agenda: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Final+Proposed+Agenda+16+April+2020

I was unable to join the webinar during the first half. A few minutes ago, I retried, and it asked me for my name and email address (no password required), then I was able to join the webinar. Not sure what the issue is.
