How Can NCSG get the most out of ICANN68? Preparing for Virtual Meetings in the Future

Hey all,

Just sharing the Org announcement about KL being hosted as a remote
meeting:  https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2020-04-09-en.

About it being cancelled, on the last SOAC leaders meeting, it was
suggested that we postponed the meeting until september - due to the fact
that we might be able to meet by then.

So far, the Org has shared surveys with us the SOAC leaders to check our
general feelings about another remote meeting but there has been no
consultation at the broader community level - smth also pointed out by us
at the call. We now have a second survey to reply to, which questions Im
copying below.

I have consulted NCUC about the previous survey but we got very few
responses. Nevertheless, it would be important for us to discuss at the SG
level whats our opinion about such meetings and how do we move forward with
that. And I think we might have some things to talk about - either leve the
WGs to set the agenda of the meeting (smth similar to what James mentions)
or if we want a more spread out meeting throughout a weeks.
