	Summary:  Rain, at times heavy, is expected. The ground, already near
saturation, has little ability to absorb further rainfall. Rainfall totals
of 50 to 80 millimetres are expected over these areas by Friday morning.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Heavy downpours can
cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.

	Wind Warning: Issued at 11:20 Thursday 31 October 2019  

	Summary: Southwesterly winds will reach up to 90 kilometres per hour
beginning Friday morning.  
 Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur.
Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
