Hi James

I'm not fully aware of what has been asked in the past or not, so apologies
for beating a dead horse. But I was also thinking in terms of project
management. The stuff that Steph herself brought up in Marrakech.

More generally, and maybe that would make a better discussion point, I
think ICANN org should make further efforts on providing a level playing
field for all stakeholders. Diversity and inclusivity is nice, but ensuring
that everyone can participate equally (beyond receiving travel support) to
start with is also important. Even, I think that this should be a core
mission of ICANN org. And if I were in that meeting I'd want to ask them
their views on that and what they intend to do (if anything)
