Reminder Fwd: [ICANN Community Leaders] ICANN66 - Constituency Sessions - Topic from the Board

Hi all,

I think bringing up volunteer burnout will prompt the usual answer: just
figure out your internal organization better.

However EPDP has certainly been a major drain of volunteer time, and this
same lack of time on the part of a large section of our leadership and
available volunteers might have been a contributing factor to several
problems we have been facing.

In that sense, I think a discussion on what kind of support resources they
could provide the EPDP team would be welcome. I know this is meant to be
the "last stretch" I'm also not on that team. But the need for more
administrative/"research" support was voiced at least in Marrakech by a few
members, and it's not something that has been further discussed, at least
not on this list. And if not worth it for this time, this discussion might
be worth it for later.
