[Twitter] Breaking: Internet Society reveals it would get 1.13 Billion for PIR

According to David Burstein (who is on ISOC's Chapter Advisory Council), ISOC has been offered $1.13 billion for PIR. I cannot independently confirm the veracity of this figure but Burstein has an excellent track record.
