Owing to another obligation, I am in New York City this week and will be late to the IGF, not arriving into Berlin until Wednesday morning, but I would like to contribute to this drafting exercise if possible. I have the time to work on drafting something over the coming days. I do have one question though, who are we writing a letter to? To ICANN to exercise section 7.5 in the renewal agreement? To the Board of Trustees of ISOC? To someone else?

Best wishes, Ayden Férdeline
