Change to NCSG elections timetable

Dear NCSG Members,

Unfortunately, we had to change the dates of the NCSG meet the candidates call (for NCSG Chair and council members elections) as it previously was set to happen during a weekend (June 8-9). This has resulted in a slight revision of the elections timeline and some deadlines were altered by a day - such as the nominations period and nomination acceptance+SOI submission.

Please find below the revised timeline, and accept my apologies for not noticing the weekend problem earlier.  I would like to draw some attention to the altered dates: now the nomination period ends on Monday (June 4), the deadline for nomination acceptance is the Tuesday (June 5). Our Meet the candidates call will be on the 7th of June, at 11 UTC.  We had been trying to avoid the Rightscon convention and travel associated with it, but forgot about the weekend problem; hopefully this new time will suit people better.

23 May - 04 June: Nomination period
05 June: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
07 June: Meet the candidates call
09 June: Voter roll finalized
10 June - 23 June: Voting
24 June: Results announced

Maryam will send the invitation to the Meet the candidates call as soon as possible.  Please make sure to attend as this is a great opportunity to hear back from our members who are running for Council and NCSG Chair positions.
