Nominating Arsene Tungali for another year in the council

Hello everyone,

I would like to nominate Arsene Tungali for a new term as the GNSO
councilor. I think I only saw some support for it so far but no one
actually nominated him. If I'm mistaken, please count this as additional
support for his prior nomination.

I would also like to support Stephanie Perrin for a new term as the NCSG
chair.
