Nomination of Farell FOLLY as NCSG GNSO Council Representative

Dear all,
I would like to nominate Farell Folly, the NCUC Rep to our Policy Committee for the position of NCSG GNSO Council Representative.
Farell has demonstrated all the capabilities and skills to serve at such a position. With his broad experience in various ICT sectors such as Telecommunications, Information Technology, Regulatory affairs, Internet Governance, just to name a few, I have no doubt that he fulfils all the requirements to serve as councillor.
He has done a lot for Policy within the NCSG, especially helping and coaching newcomers and he is constantly promoting diversity.
I also take this opportunity to give him a testimony:I have met with Farell 10 years ago when he was a visiting lecturer at the University I was studying. He was the youngest and the most brilliant professor we ever had. He taught us TCP/IP Networks and Signal Processing. Later on, he was the supervisor of my Master Thesis. I got the highest distinction and I am now working at MTN, the 1st Mobile Operator in West Africa.Farell also introduced me and many others to ICANN, including encouraging us to join the NCSG. He's done a lot for our Region and beyond. Farell is an excellent motivator and is always guided by consensus.
I hope Farell will accept this nomination.
