NCSG: quick survey on engagement needs

Of course, that is the purpose, to have a full discussion of what we find and figure out solutions.  Thanks for filling it out...we will probably give people another couple of weeks, we did not put an end date but were planning to give people a deadline once we see how we are doing in terms of participation.  Expect a few reminders from us! :-D
