I am forwarding the attached document for information purposes.

It contains the staff recommendations for which Additional Budgetary Requests they suggest the Board approve or reject.

As usual, we have had nearly all of our very reasonable Additional Budgetary Requests recommended be denied by ICANN staff, while others such as the BC and ISPCP have had a substantially greater resource allocation. We have not even been allocated a license key for Slack, when we use it extensively.

Unfortunately, there continues to be a funnelling of resources away from the ICANN community to allocate, to resources instead being under the control of ICANN staff to award as they so please. It is interesting to see who they shower with rewards here.
