NOMINATIONS:
 
  
    
   - Nominations ended yesterday Tuesday, 04 June 2019.
 
  
    
   - All nominated candidates have until todayWednesday, 05 June at 2359 UTC to accept nominations and send candidate statementsto the relevant mailing lists.

   - Deadline for check-in isFriday, 07 June 2019 at 1200 UTC.
 
  
    
   - If you do not check-in and your name isn’t listed in the Voters list, you will not be sent a ballot to vote in the elections.
 
  
    
   - Members areREQUIRED to check that they are listed in the Voters List (even if you are certain you responded to the check-in email):

   - This is an opportunity for members to ask nominees any question(s) as it pertains to the positions. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
 
  
    
   - If you are unable to attend, please do no hesitate to post your question(s) to the mailing list for nominees to answer.
 
  
    
   - Dates and times are below:
    
   - Thursday 06 June 2019 at1200 UTCwill be the NPOC “Meet the Candidates” call
   - Thursday 06 June 2019 at1600 UTC will be theNCUC “Meet the Candidates” call
   - Friday 07 June 2019 at1100 UTC will be theNCSG “Meet the Candidates” call
 
 
 
VOTING:
 
  
    
   - Ballots will be sent on Monday 10 June 2019 toONLY members who are listed to vote (see above).
 
  
    
   - Please note that voting will be foreach SG/C election, this means that if you or your organization belong to NCSG and NCUC for instance, you would get 2 separate voting emails, and if you belong to NCSG, NCUC, NPOC, you will get 3 separate voting emails.

   - 23 May - 04 June: Nomination period
   - 05 June: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
   - 06/07 June: Meet the candidates call
   - 09 June: Voter roll finalized
   - 10 June - 23 June: Voting
