IGF 2020 to be held in Poland

Arsene,

I suspected that, except Kenya in Africa host again in as it has the
biggest UN facility within the African continent as it did before. If not
except countries bid then we have this situation. Secondly for options on
hotels and flights  etc Europe is always cheaper in my opinion. At least we
not going to places like Azerbaijan again 😂
