draft NCSG Finance Committee operating procedures

Dear all,

The NCSG Finance Committee is in the process of drafting internal operating procedures. These procedures are intended to improve the efficiency of the Finance Committee's operations while lending more consistency and transparency to how the Finance Committee discharges its responsibilities.

If you have any input, please comment in this thread by 19 July at 1200 UTC. Your comments will then be shared with the Finance Committee on its next call on 23 July.

Our ambition is to have a final draft of these procedures submitted to the NCSG Executive Committee for its review by the end of this month.
