ICANN published this post
https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2-2019-01-28-en on "Community
Dialogues on Consumer Safeguards" and shared the recordings of that meeting
in Washington DC.
I have personally no idea who was invited or if any NCSG member was invited
to that meeting, and I was not aware of this meeting prior to the
publication.
